3. WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA
Reservation & Check-In
Your name, contact details, and payment information enable us to process your booking and create your digital access code at check-in.

4. WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES
We store your reservation and stay information in Guesty, our secure Property Management System (GDPR-certified). We also use Aloware for guest communication via phone and messaging. Both platforms meet strict data protection standards.
5. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We may share your information with:
- Partners & Vendors Payment processors, software providers (Guesty, Aloware), cleaning services, and maintenance teams who help deliver your stay.
- Government Authorities When required by law.
- Booking Platforms If you booked through Booking.com, Airbnb, or similar services, they process your data separately under their own policies.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
Pet allowance depends on the specific Property. Some properties allow pets with pre-approval only; others do not allow pets.
To Request Pet Allowance Contact LEV Collection at guest@levcollection.no at least 7 days before arrival to request pet approval. Pre-approval is required.
Pet Fees If approved, a pet fee will apply. The fee varies by Property and length of stay.
Pet Owner Responsibility Pet owners are responsible for:
- Keeping pets under control at all times
- Cleaning up after pets inside and outside the Property
- Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest
- LEV Collection is not liable for loss, illness, or injury to pets
